An extended set recorded at our new monthly Thursday night residency at Farr’s School of Dancing in Dalston as we kick off the weekend early with the usual choice cuts on a soul, boogie and disco tip.
The final taster set from our summer canalside excursion at Grow, Hackney, recorded back in July and selected by Revolutions resident Shukie. Expect a tasty selection of deep house and classic disco boogie.
Here’s another live set from our recent Revolutions and Soulsa collab at Grow in Hackney Wick recorded back in July. This time around it’s resident Rob’s turn to pick the tunes after following Mr Boogie AKA The Vinyl Junkie (Soulsa/Shoreditch Radio) on the decks and dropping a 75 minute selection of disco, boogie and house sounds.
Another selection of records from our archives. Some you may know and some you might not yet be aware of. Recorded live and strictly vinyl, delve in for some choice boogie, disco, hip hop and electro cuts. There’s even a little house action!
Here’s the first hour and forty minutes of our recent monthly date at the Forest Tavern in Forest Gate, E7. This set could have been recorded anytime in the past few years but guess that’s the beauty of what we do, as well as playing current crowd-pleasers and classics from yesteryear, we also dig deep to pull out those unexpected gems you’re probably not going to hear anywhere else, And that certainly was the theme this month in the first few hours of the night.
Rob and Shukie dropping some disco bombs on a Friday night at the newly refurbished Tiger in Homerton. Nothing too deep, just pure party music this time around. Recorded with crowd noise for added ambience!
